Can I upgrade from Student to Alumni?
Yes. Upgrade anytime from your dashboard. You only pay the difference going forward.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You keep access through the end of your billing period. After that, your progress is saved but content is locked until you resubscribe.
Does the Chemist tier really include everything forever?
Yes. One payment. Every module we have now and every module we release in the future. No expiration. No renewals.
How does the coaching call work?
Alumni and Chemist members get a monthly 1-hour call with WKU Consulting. Schedule through Discord. Group or one-on-one depending on availability.
How do I get the certification?
Complete the full curriculum. You will be directed to submit your information for a framed WKU certification mailed to you at no extra cost. Chemist tier only.
What is the Discord community?
A private server with hundreds of industry professionals, operators, and WKU Consulting. Module-specific channels, troubleshooting, real talk. Alumni and Chemist tiers only.
